Tiny Tots: 3 years old & 4 years old幼儿班:3岁和4岁

Tots: 4 years old till 6 years old
儿童班:4岁至6岁

  • Respect – Tiny tots will learn respect for coaches and their peers. Our tiny tots are taught to bow to coaches and competitors, which helps promote good sportsmanship.
  • Focus – Through fun and interesting lesson plans, our coaches help our tiny tots to focus with their tasks on hand . Coaches demonstrate new techniques through fun interactions where our tiny tots can mimic and learn easily.
  • Confidence –As our tiny tots gain a new skill, their confidence continues to grow. Each class is specially design to ensure maximum interaction with new peers where they learn to be confident in a group session .
  • Socialising – Each session provides our tiny tots a fun way to interact with kids their own age. Tiny tots will engage in group activities where they learn to share, take turns, team work and communicate well with each other as well as their coaches.
  • Discipline – With the help of our coaches, students learn to strive for the best, applying the skills they learnt during classes. Simple commands by our coaches will help grasp the attention of our tiny tots immediately , instilling discipline in them .
  • 尊师重道 – 幼儿们将学会尊重导师和同伴。通过学习向导师和对手们鞠躬,幼儿们将从中培养可贵的体育精神。
  • 专心致志 – 通过有趣的课程内容,幼儿们可从中学习集中注意力,专心执行被分配的任务。导师们也会通过有趣的互动演示各种新技巧,让幼儿们能够轻松模仿和学习。
  • 增强自信 – 随着幼儿们掌握新技能,他们的自信心也会不断增长。与此同时,我们的每一堂课都经过特别设计,以确保幼儿们均能与新同伴们在团体活动中进行最大程度的互动,从而提升自信心。
  • 改善交际 – 我们的每一堂课成都能让幼儿们与其他同龄孩子进行有趣的互动。幼儿们将参与团体活动,从中学会分享、轮替、团结及沟通。
  • 培养纪律 – 在导师们的协助下,幼儿们将学会以全力以赴的态度追求极致,并将课程上学到的各种技能融会贯通。此外,导师们简单明了的指令也能立即吸引幼儿们的注意并执行,从而提高他们的纪律性。

All Kids and Junior Kids: 6 years old till 12 years old

学龄儿童:6岁至12岁

  • Confidence– Junior Kids and All Kids are taught to progress through coloured belt rankings, giving them an achievable goal to work towards . As they reach a new goal, our kids feel a sense of accomplishment which follows them throughout their life. Through positive re-enforcement, and constant encouragement from our coaches, each new skill and technique attempted and achieved will further build confidence in our kids.
  • Anti-Bullying – We try to empower our kids everyday. Our lessons teach basic self-defence techniques throughout the entire program. Self defence methods may vary, but rest assure that with regular practice ,our kids will learn how to defend themselves in a diverse amount of ways. They will also be taught about being street-smart and conflict-avoidance techniques to curb with issues like bullying.
  • Sharpened focus – With Taekwondo being a disciplined Martial Art , our classes will help to sharpen students focus, giving them the ability to concentrate and complete tasks given under time constraints . This value of discipline taught will often be extended into other areas of our kids lives, be it at school or at home.
  • 自信 – 学龄儿童的训练过程将会通过道带段位的高低进行区分,以让他们为自己设立一个可实现的目标。当达到这些目标时,儿童们将会体验到其中的成就感 ,从而获得继续积极向上的动力 。此外,通过品德及心态上的正面指导和导师们的不断鼓励,儿童们在琢磨新技能和技术时都能充满自信 。
  • 对抗霸凌 – 霸凌很容易对儿童们造成心理阴影。于是,我们的导师们也会在日常训练当中培养儿童们坚毅的理念。我们的训练内容中包含基本的防身术教学。虽然防身术包含各种不同的技法,但是随着定期的练习,儿童们也可将其熟练并融会贯通。此外,儿童们也能学会提高警觉和回避冲突,从而避免霸凌事件的发生。
  • 提高专注 – 由于跆拳道是一项具有纪律性的武术,我们的课程将帮助儿童们提高专注力,使他们能够在限定的时间内集中精力完成被指派的任务。这种纪律性能让儿童们实际运用到日常生活里,例如在学校或者家中。

Teens: 13 years old till 16 years old

青少年:13岁至16岁

  • Build New Friendship – When picking up a new skill , having friends that encourage you to go further and do better helps teens find a sense of belonging . Our classes ensure that our students have the opportunity to build strong friendship with others of their own age, in a safe and non-pressured environment. Moreover , our coaches will also encourage students to train together and motivate each other along the way .
  • Additional Certifications – Our young adolescents can have the choice to work towards a common goal, which is to contribute back to the taekwondo society, by representing our club being a volunteer/ referee/ coach pass holder at our local or international competitions . These certifications will help them develop a deeper interest in Taekwondo and may inspire them to hone their skills to become a better practitioner .
  • Transferrable skill – Learning Taekwondo does not stop at discipline and building friendship. These skills learnt will be transferrable to your future needs and career, be it an interest in Sports Science Degree or using your love for teaching to teach Taekwondo as a side hustle.

  • 额外证书 – 当我们的青少年学员们学有所成时,他们可选择以回馈跆拳道界作为共同目标,例如在本地或国际比赛中成为志愿者/裁判/教练证书持有者。这些证书有助青少年学员们加深对跆拳道的兴趣,也会激励他们继续磨练技艺,成为更优秀的习武者。
  • 共通技能 – 学习跆拳道不仅限于培养纪律和建立友谊,它还能让青少年学员们将从中学到的技能转移到未来的需求和职业中,例如往体育科学进行深造,或者从事跆拳道教学的工作来延续对跆拳道的热爱。

Adults: 16 years old and above

成人:16岁及以上

  • Self-Defence lessons – Learn and practice skills that help you defend yourself from any potential danger.
  • Improved Confidence – Develop confidence as you continue to accomplish new goals and improve your taekwondo skills.
  • Better Physical Health – Increased overall health benefits including building strength, flexibility, endurance and improved your cardio-vascular health and muscle tone.
  • Reduced Stress, Frustration and Tension – Taekwondo can be a positive outlet for your everyday stressors or frustration that may occur.
  • Make new friends – You are never too old to be cultivating new friendships.
  • Achievable exercise goals– Fitness resolutions are incredibly hard to keep especially if you participate in repetitive exercises or unmotivating gym sessions. Adult sessions are filled with a variety of exercises to avoid mundane movements and a friendly (sometimes firm!) coach to keep you accountable!
